The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring that we attract and hire top-tier technical talent to meet our clients' needs. The position is based in Secunderabad, specifically near MG Road, Paradise.
This position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST to align with North American time zones. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the US and Canada recruitment processes, along with exceptional sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be expected to leverage various job boards and social media platforms to identify potential candidates and manage the relationship through the entire hiring lifecycle.
