Key Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls to potential clients. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily and weekly targets. Resilience and a positive attitude when dealing with customer rejections. At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; graduates are preferred. Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Punctuality and a strong work ethic suitable for a professional office setting.
