Awaken India is seeking a result-driven Blue Collar Recruiter specializing in bulk and mass hiring to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a reliable workforce across the manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple Indian states, ensuring that sourcing networks are robust and execution remains field-oriented. Key responsibilities include organizing job drives, placement camps, and hiring fairs, as well as maintaining daily hiring trackers and pipelines to ensure targets are met. This role is crucial for maintaining a steady flow of talent for our clients' operational needs.
This position requires extensive travel and field-driven execution to effectively reach candidate pools. Potential work locations include Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and West Bengal (North & South). The ideal candidate should have a strong network with institutes, TPOs, and local field sources to facilitate successful recruitment campaigns. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment where performance is measured by the consistency and quality of workforce delivery. Salary is negotiable and includes attractive incentives based on performance.
