GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE (GET) @ AE SOFT ENGINEERING
AE Soft Engineering is actively seeking motivated candidates for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) focusing on the domain of Automotive Interior Trims, including Instrument Panels (IP), Door Panels (DP), Center Consoles (CC), and Pillar Trims. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the automotive engineering sector. The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training module to familiarize themselves with industry standards and internal workflows. Once training is successfully completed, trainees will work under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Team Leads to execute design tasks following specific work instructions and technical descriptions.
Key responsibilities include applying CAD methodology and OEM standards to ensure high-quality output within estimated timelines. Trainees are expected to take full ownership of their work, performing critical self-inspections such as draft analysis, clash analysis, and part comparisons to maintain precision. Clear communication regarding work status and the ability to identify and highlight potential issues or improvements are essential for success in this role. The position requires strict adherence to shift schedules and professional conduct within the Pune office. This is a significant opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and plastic product design in a professional engineering environment.
