AadhyaRaj Technologies is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced professional for the Workday HCM & Compensation role. This position is based in Gurgaon and follows a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate should have between 5 to 9 years of relevant experience, specifically focusing on Workday HCM and administration. Applicants with an HCM Core certification and prior experience in Workday Benefits will be given preference. The role involves managing complex HR technologies and ensuring the smooth operation of Workday modules. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively and manage compensation strategies within the Workday ecosystem. Key Requirements
