We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer for a C2C contract position in Germany. This role offers remote availability and involves supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable deployment systems for international teams. The duration is initially 6–12 months with high potential for extension. The salary for this role in Europe is €6,000 – €12,000/month or a daily rate of €400 – €900.

Your primary duties will include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions and managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Azure. You will automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible while ensuring robust monitoring and security. As a C2C contractor, you must have a registered company and will be responsible for your own compliance, insurance, and taxes.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash Experience in C2C or contract-based roles is required Must have a registered company (LLC, Ltd, GmbH, etc.) Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana Ability to work effectively with global, distributed teams
