Key Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Pega Case Management design. CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is highly preferred. Proven ability to design and implement complex business processes. Experience following Pega Guardrails and compliance standards. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging Pega applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
