APEX Pharma is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as the Head of Production at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Badr City, Cairo. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on the production of solid and semi-solid dosage forms. As the head of this department, you will play a critical role in overseeing all manufacturing activities, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards while maintaining optimal production efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic production planning, managing large-scale operations, and leading a diverse team of professionals. Key duties include ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), optimizing production workflows, and managing resources to meet organizational goals. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing who can drive innovation and continuous improvement within our factory operations in Egypt.

Key Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field. Proven expertise in the production of solid and semi-solid dosage forms. Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large production department. Excellent strategic planning and resource allocation capabilities. Demonstrated ability to optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a factory setting. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration. Experience in managing production budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
