We are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead to join a dynamic team in Bangalore for a top-tier e-commerce firm. This leadership role focuses on the strategic implementation of EDI protocols and the integration of large-scale supply chain systems. You will play a pivotal role in guiding technical product roadmaps and ensuring the successful delivery of system integration projects across various platforms.

As a Product Lead, you will manage a wide array of responsibilities including the oversight of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle to ensure they align with business objectives. Your expertise in data quality management and integration patterns will be critical in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain systems. This role requires a professional who is not only technically proficient but also capable of leading teams and making strategic decisions in a high-growth environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant industry experience. Advanced proficiency in EDI protocols and standards. Hands-on experience with major ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Demonstrated success in Supply Chain Systems Integration. Expertise in maintaining high standards of Data Quality Management. Strong understanding of Integration Patterns and system architecture. Ability to start immediately or within a very short notice period. Extensive experience in the e-commerce industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members. Ability to manage complex technical products from conception to launch.
