Mantra Labs is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. This position offers an exciting onsite opportunity with a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring team members to work from the office at least three days per week. We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running and are ready for an immediate start to contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will possess between 2 and 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development, demonstrating a deep understanding of both client-side and server-side architectures. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. This is a fantastic chance to advance your career with Mantra Labs and work on cutting-edge technologies within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

2 to 6 years of professional experience in Full Stack development. Proven proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript. Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Ruby. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in-office presence in Bangalore. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex software issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
