PamTen is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Resource Marketing Specialist to join our team in India. This role is crucial for our IT staffing operations, focusing on the marketing of our bench consultants to various vendors and clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire bench sales lifecycle, from identifying requirements to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful placements. Possible work locations for this onsite role include our offices in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.

The position requires individuals who are comfortable working in a night shift environment to align with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Successful candidates will leverage their extensive knowledge of US IT staffing and visa regulations to build strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners. We are looking for professionals with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience who can hit the ground running and contribute to our organizational growth while providing excellent service to our consultants and partners.

Key Requirements

4 to 7 years of proven experience in IT Bench Sales. Comprehensive knowledge of US visa types including H1B, GC, EAD, and CPT. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with vendors. Experience in vendor marketing and placing consultants effectively. Willingness to work consistently in Night Shifts (EST time zone). Experience building and maintaining relationships with Prime Vendors and Tier 1 Vendors. Proficiency in sourcing requirements from portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder. Ability to screen resumes and match them with appropriate job requirements. Solid understanding of US tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
