SENIOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (C&B) SPECIALIST @ WORLDBRIDGE GROUP
The Worldbridge Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Phnom Penh. This crucial role involves designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate high-caliber employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local labor regulations.The specialist will be responsible for conducting market salary benchmarking, managing performance review cycles, developing job grading structures, and overseeing comprehensive employee benefits packages. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding total rewards strategies, maintaining equity and efficiency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a C&B Specialist or similar HR role.
- Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including salary structures, market pricing, and incentive plans.
- Expertise in designing and managing employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave policies).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using HRIS and spreadsheet tools for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulatory compliance concerning compensation and benefits.
- Experience conducting salary surveys and analyzing market trends.
- Ability to communicate complex C&B concepts clearly to employees and management.
- Experience managing annual review cycles and performance-based reward systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
