SALES EXECUTIVE (MALE PREFERRED) @ WORLDBRIDGE GROUP
The Worldbridge Group is looking for a driven Sales Executive (Male Preferred) to join our team in Phnom Penh. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by aggressively identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory or portfolio.The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, delivering compelling product presentations, and negotiating contracts. Success in this position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions (products/services).
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape in Phnom Penh.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales presentation tools.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
