ASSISTANT TO GROUP CHIEF SALES OFFICER @ WORLDBRIDGE GROUP
The Worldbridge Group is hiring an Assistant to the Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO) based in Phnom Penh. This pivotal support role ensures the seamless operation of the CSO's office by managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, and serving as the primary gatekeeper for communication, ensuring all interactions are professional and effective.Key duties include preparing high-level business documents, compiling sales reports, organizing executive meetings, and tracking key departmental projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate extreme professionalism, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain strict confidentiality while providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to facilitate the CSO's strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional communication tools.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented approach to monitoring project timelines and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the CSO's needs.
- Knowledge of basic business operations and sales processes.
