AI ENGINEER @ WORKFORCE TODAY
We are actively seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join the technology team at Workforce Today, based in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience and a strong passion for developing intelligent systems and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions across various business functions. This role is crucial for scaling our technological capabilities and driving innovation.Key responsibilities include the design, development, and deployment of complex AI/ML models, alongside working diligently with large datasets to ensure scalable and optimized solutions. The AI Engineer will also be expected to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to tackle complex engineering challenges and maintain robust AI pipelines and algorithms.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python programming and related libraries.
- Expertise with mainstream AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI/ML models.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets to build scalable solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
- Experience optimizing and maintaining AI pipelines and algorithms (MLOps).
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI techniques.
