STEWARD/ CLEANER @ WHISTLING WOODS
WHISTLING WOODS is looking for a dedicated Steward/Cleaner to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation at our newly opened Bakery, Café & Restaurant facility in Sinza, Dar es Salaam. This essential role supports both the kitchen and front-of-house teams by managing dishwashing, deep cleaning, and overall maintenance of the facility's hygiene.
The ideal candidate must be meticulous, physically capable, and committed to working in a team setting. Immediate availability is required to ensure the facility meets regulatory and operational standards during its launch phase.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in commercial cleaning or stewarding
- Ability to work diligently and independently in a new opening environment
- Deep commitment to maintaining immaculate hygiene standards across all areas
- Availability to start immediately
- Operating and maintaining commercial dishwashing equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen tools, utensils, and serving ware
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining public and back-of-house areas
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling
- Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
- Assisting kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed
