WHISTLING WOODS is looking for a dedicated Café Supervisor / Cashier to oversee the front-of-house operations at our new facility in Sinza, Dar es Salaam. This leadership role involves managing daily café service, ensuring efficient cashier operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and team performance.
The supervisor will be essential in the facility's opening phase, ensuring smooth processes and effective training. Requirements include demonstrated experience in supervision, excellent financial handling skills, and the readiness to begin work immediately in a dynamic setting.

Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience in a café or quick-service restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced opening environment and manage staff
- Strong hygiene and team management skills
- Availability to start immediately
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling daily cash reconciliation
- Managing shifts, scheduling staff, and overseeing service flow
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Training junior staff on service standards and product knowledge
- Monitoring inventory levels for the front-of-house
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
