WHISTLING WOODS is urgently hiring a skilled Barista/Café All-Rounder for our new Bakery, Café & Restaurant located in Sinza, Dar es Salaam. This role requires versatility, focusing primarily on crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while also serving customers, handling sales transactions, and supporting general café operations.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, possess strong technical barista skills, and be ready to adapt quickly to the demands of a new opening environment. We require a team player with excellent customer interaction skills and the availability to start immediately.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in café operations, specifically espresso making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced opening environment
- Strong hygiene and customer service focus
- Availability to start immediately
- Expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
- Handling cash transactions and using POS systems efficiently
- Preparing light snacks and beverages besides coffee
- Maintaining cleanliness of the café area and equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage queues during peak hours
