Requirements:
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability in core business analysis functions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
- Prior experience working in one or more of the following domains: IT, Healthcare, or Finance.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (H1B, GC, USC, F1 OPT accepted).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with business modeling tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items or requirements list.
