We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef ready for an overseas challenge in Switzerland, supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and operations. This pivotal role involves supervising the production team, ensuring consistent quality across all dishes, and maintaining strict kitchen standards. The Sous Chef acts as the operational backbone of the kitchen, driving efficiency and order.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience working in professional kitchen settings
- Proven ability to deputize for the Head Chef and manage kitchen workflow
- Strong skills in food preparation, plating, and quality control
- Expertise in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff effectively
- Compliance with rigorous food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- High proficiency in station management (e.g., saucier, pastry)
- Exceptional ability to work under pressure during peak service times
- Professional culinary qualification or equivalent vocational training
