Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in hotel or resort operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of all hospitality departments (F&B, Rooms, Sales, Maintenance)
- Proven ability to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Expertise in budget planning, financial analysis, and performance reporting
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Exceptional leadership qualities for managing diverse departmental heads
- Familiarity with Swiss business regulations and hospitality compliance standards
- Demonstrated success in driving service quality and achieving high customer satisfaction scores
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
