Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in high-volume kitchens, including managerial roles
- Proven track record as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- Expertise in menu planning, costing, and inventory control
- Exceptional leadership, staff training, and development skills
- In-depth knowledge of various culinary disciplines and international food trends
- Budget management and financial reporting for the kitchen department
- Commitment to maintaining 5-star quality and operational efficiency
- Must have a valid passport and willingness to relocate internationally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
