FRONT DESK MANAGER @ VISA PATHWAY EXPERT
A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the guest relations team at a prominent hospitality venue in Switzerland. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and maximizing guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery. This role demands strong leadership to mentor and motivate the front office team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills for front office staff
- Expertise in hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation processes
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Proficiency in revenue management, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing
- Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian)
- Knowledge of local tourism, attractions, and service providers in Switzerland
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
