RECEPTIONIST @ VERSAATECH
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations in Kenya. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests and callers, performing essential administrative and clerical tasks, and maintaining office efficiency. The core responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming communication via phone and email, and ensuring the accurate scheduling of meetings and maintenance of office supplies inventory.
Ideal candidates must exhibit a strong customer service attitude and excellent organizational skills. We require proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and solid written and verbal communication abilities. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (or strong desire to learn for recent graduates).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle incoming phone calls, screen, and forward them appropriately.
- Experience ordering and maintaining inventory of front office supplies.
- Capability to update calendars and effectively schedule meetings.
- Ability to handle basic administrative and clerical tasks accurately.
