JUNIOR IT @ TELECOM INDUSTRY
The Junior IT Personnel will support Vailleth's information technology operations by assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems and services. This role involves working closely with all departments in Dar es Salaam to ensure technology supports business goals effectively, maintaining data integrity, and promoting efficient use of IT resources.The work location is in Dar es Salaam.
Key responsibilities include assisting in IT planning and implementation, system monitoring and maintenance, providing technical support to staff and management, and supporting data protection and backup initiatives. The role also involves assisting with software and hardware updates, collaborating with other departments on technology adoption, ensuring IT policy compliance, preparing basic IT reports, and supporting digital communication platforms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of relevant IT experience (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems and networks
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and data protection awareness
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of IT budgeting and resource planning
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
