SALES OFFICER (6 POSITIONS) @ UZALISHAJI BARIDI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED
UZALISHAJI BARIDI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is seeking six motivated Sales Officers to join their team in the Refrigerators & Home Appliances industry across Tanzania. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive product sales by actively promoting company products, regularly visiting customers, shops, and distributors, and building lasting customer relationships to ensure market penetration and loyalty. Successful candidates must be prepared to meet ambitious monthly sales targets and provide detailed daily reports on their activities.
Ideal applicants must be hardworking, self-motivated individuals aged 25–35 who possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people. A crucial requirement for this role is the ownership of a motorcycle for mobility in assigned areas. Sales experience is considered a strong advantage. The compensation package includes a salary ranging from TZS 250,000 to TZS 300,000, complemented by a commission structure of 0.5% to 1%.
