SALES MANAGER (2 POSITIONS) @ UZALISHAJI BARIDI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED
UZALISHAJI BARIDI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to fill 2 positions dedicated to leading sales operations for refrigerators, freezers, and various home appliances across Tanzania. This role requires a professional, market-oriented individual who can develop robust sales strategies, significantly expand market coverage, and effectively represent assigned appliance brands. The base salary offered for this position is TZS 800,000 per month, supplemented by a commission structure ranging from 0.5% to 1%.
Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team to ensure target achievement, alongside building and nurturing strong relationships with key distributors and clients. Candidates must have proven experience in the home appliance sector, strong team and brand management skills, and excellent English communication. A crucial requirement for this role is knowing how to drive.

Requirements:
- Proven experience selling refrigerators, freezers, or home appliances
- Strong team management and motivation skills
- Experience in brand management and product promotion
- Excellent command of English
- Must possess a valid driving license and know how to drive
- Ability to develop sales strategies and expand market coverage
- Professional, results-driven, and market-oriented mindset
- Age range between 25 and 40 years old
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with distributors and key clients
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
