FINANCE & TAX PRODUCT MANAGER @ UNISONGROUP
This role seeks an experienced Finance & Tax Product Manager to spearhead significant technological transformation, manage Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, and continuously enhance Finance & Tax technology platforms. The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between business strategy and technology execution, focusing on delivering impactful digital and enterprise-level solutions across the organization.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of critical Finance & Tax systems. The manager will drive the product vision by utilizing user research and design thinking, while also actively managing vendor relationships, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all managed platforms.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT product/project management within the Finance & Tax domain.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-vendor programs and implementing SaaS/enterprise solutions.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of financial systems; direct experience with Workday Finance is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in managing BAU operations and adhering to specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, user-centered design principles, and expert stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to define and drive product vision utilizing user research and design thinking techniques.
- Experience leading the delivery and ensuring the ongoing health and management of Finance & Tax technology systems.
- Expertise in managing relationships with vendors, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders.
- Commitment to ensuring high system reliability, optimal performance, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills required for a senior management position.
