Successful interns will be involved in core operational and administrative tasks supporting the Academy's mission. The role demands strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in relevant software. Candidates should hold a First Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Law (minimum of Second Class Upper) and demonstrate strong interpersonal and technical skills. This placement is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Requirements:
- A First Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Law (minimum of Second Class Upper)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good ICT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Social media skills (an added advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated passion for non-profit and professional development work
- Must be currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or awaiting deployment
- High level of professionalism and integrity
