This opportunity is for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead, supervise, and optimize all technical operations within the telecom industry, covering Active, Passive, Fiber, Power, Transmission, and NOC domains. The role demands ensuring exceptional network performance, availability, and reliability while leading technical teams, managing company assets, and strictly adhering to operational objectives and client SLAs. The Manager will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, project execution, and budget adherence, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization across various regional technical teams. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience working with a reputable Telecommunication or ICT company.
  • Proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), fiber, active network systems, NOC operations, or site management.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom systems including Active, Passive, Fiber, and Power infrastructure.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, design interpretation, and complex project rollout management.
  • Excellent understanding of telecom maintenance standards and KPIs such as SLA and MTTR targets.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, supervision, and team management abilities across technical teams.
  • Ability to ensure 24/7 technical support and maintain strict compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience assisting in departmental budgeting, resource planning, and managing expenditure within approved limits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective reporting and client interaction.
