Talanta Solution is urgently seeking three professional and dedicated Small Vehicle Drivers to join our logistics team in Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely transporting personnel, documents, or goods across designated routes, ensuring all travel occurs in compliance with local traffic laws. We require individuals who demonstrate exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, contributing positively to our operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Hold a valid, clean driving license appropriate for small vehicles.
- Proven professional driving experience in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge and strict adherence to all Tanzanian traffic laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated high level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Must be hardworking and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform routine checks and minor maintenance on the assigned vehicle.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality for scheduled routes.
- Physical fitness required to handle long driving hours and vehicle loading/unloading if necessary.
- Strong focus on passenger/cargo safety and security.
- Good communication skills, preferably in English and Swahili.
