The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in project management, especially within the public health or development sector, coupled with strong proficiency in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and successful proposal writing. Success in this position requires a commitment to engaging effectively with government institutions and leveraging excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Swahili to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Public Health or a related field.
- At least 3 years' professional experience in program or project management.
- Strong capabilities in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) methodologies and reporting.
- Proven ability in successful proposal writing and grant acquisition.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Strong, hands-on experience working effectively with government institutions is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Swahili.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in program budget management and financial oversight.
- A deep commitment to promoting mental health initiatives and social development in Tanzania.
