FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE @ TACJOB
We are seeking highly motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team in Japan. This critical role involves pure on-ground, door-to-door sales of POS (Point of Sale) equipment specifically targeting Indian restaurant owners across key areas, including Tokyo and Osaka. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive field work and direct customer interaction to promote product features, pricing, and benefits, ensuring substantial contributions to business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for target-driven individuals.
The core responsibilities include building strong relationships with business owners, achieving demanding monthly sales targets, and providing necessary basic after-sales coordination. Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary of up to
¥250,000 per month, supplemented by attractive performance-based incentives and covered travel expenses.

Requirements:
- Must have a strong willingness to perform on-ground, door-knocking sales (mandatory)
- Mandatory requirement to hold any type of valid visa in Japan
- Ability to conduct door-to-door sales to Indian restaurant owners in Tokyo and Osaka
- Proven ability to promote and sell specialized POS equipment to restaurant businesses
- Experience (even part-time) or 3+ years of professional sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and English is strongly preferred
- Demonstrate a confident, persuasive, and strongly target-driven personality
- Ability to achieve challenging monthly sales targets
- Capability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with target customers
- Provide basic after-sales coordination and support as required
