DESIGN MANAGER - ELECTRICAL @ SPEG
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Design Manager specializing in Electrical systems within the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will lead a team of Engineers and Designers, overseeing the creation of comprehensive electrical design packages. Key responsibilities include guiding the development of SLDS (Single Line Diagrams), specifications, data sheets, and performing all necessary sizing and design calculations to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and bring 15 to 20 years of specific industry experience. Expertise in required software such as ETAP and AutoCAD is mandatory. This leadership role demands strong technical knowledge, proven mentorship capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, detailed electrical layouts and drawings for complex Oil & Gas installations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
- 15 to 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proficiency in ETAP software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Ability to guide and mentor Electrical Engineers and Designers
- Expertise in producing Electrical design and detail drawings
- Experience generating SLDS (Single Line Diagrams), Specifications, and data sheets
- Competence in performing Sizing calculations and Design calculations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proven experience managing electrical layouts and systems
