DOCUWARE SPECIALIST @ SKYWAVES
This is a hot opening for a DocuWare Specialist to join an exciting 6-month fixed-term contract project, with a high likelihood of extension, based in Groningen, Netherlands (Hybrid - 2 days onsite). The primary objective is to facilitate a crucial migration from the existing eDocs system to DocuWare, ensuring the establishment of a powerful and secure document management solution. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on DMS experience ready to tackle significant transformation challenges.
The Specialist will be instrumental in defining retention policies, managing the document lifecycle, and integrating DocuWare with other critical business applications using APIs. This position requires strong expertise in Document Management Systems and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve project milestones within the contract period.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Document Management Systems (DMS)
- DocuWare hands-on experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of document lifecycle and retention policies
- Experience with integrations and APIs related to DMS platforms
- Proven experience with data migration projects (eDocs to DocuWare preferred)
- Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot DocuWare systems
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance related to document management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
- Experience working in an Agile or Hybrid project environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication) for professional settings
