PROGRAM MANAGER - AZURE @ SHOOLIN CONSULTANCY
This role seeks an experienced Program Manager specializing in Azure cloud environments, responsible for driving and delivering large-scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations, and Transformations. The successful candidate must possess an NV1/NV2 security clearance and a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget while effectively managing multiple priorities and holding teams accountable.
The Program Manager will leverage expertise in planning and managing diverse stakeholders, including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional units. Key responsibilities also involve establishing robust project Governance, reporting regularly to leadership, tracking schedule and cost variances, and identifying/resolving issues and risks associated with cloud transformation initiatives. A strong background in infrastructure, including virtualization, compute, storage, and networking, is essential for success in this remote role based anywhere in Australia.

Requirements:
- Must hold NV1/NV2 security clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to execute large scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations, and Transformations.
- Proven track record of driving major IT projects, delivering on-time and on-budget.
- Experienced in Cloud technologies and specifically DC migration to Cloud.
- Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders, including client, offshore, and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Infrastructure background including Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage, and Network.
- Strong communication skills with effective and efficient stakeholder management.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Must have experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.
- Ability to manage Governance, collate project status, and report at regular intervals to the leadership team.
- Track and report schedule and cost variance across projects.
- Identification of issues, risks and track till closure or mitigation/resolution.
