SALES MANAGER @ SETTLO
Settlo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a crucial full-time role focused on driving sales growth, achieving targets, and leading sales initiatives. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for previous managerial roles. Key responsibilities include utilizing an established and active customer database/network to maximize outreach and ensuring alignment with the company's business development strategies. This role requires flexibility and the willingness to work in either Mwanza or Zanzibar.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and exhibits strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans and managing the performance of the sales team. Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking and reporting sales data is highly valued.
