FILLER/BLOW MOULDER OPERATOR (3) @ SBC TANZANIA LIMITED
SBC Tanzania Limited, a leading multinational soft drink supplier, is urgently seeking three qualified Filler/Blow Moulder Operators for its Dar es Salaam Plant. The primary role is to support both the Production and Quality Departments by expertly operating production plastic moulding machines. Key responsibilities include ensuring minimum rejections, maintaining optimal machine speeds, and strictly adhering to operational and safety protocols.
Successful candidates must possess a Form IV/VI qualification with a Vocational Training Certificate Grade Test I or II, coupled with at least four years of dedicated experience running PET machines. The role demands immediate reporting of machine abnormalities, meticulous record-keeping for downtime, and active participation in preventative maintenance schedules (greasing, oiling) to ensure machinery longevity and efficient output.

Requirements:
- Operate PET plastic moulding machinery (Filler/Blow Moulder) at recommended speeds.
- Ensure that there are minimum rejections/breakages during production runs.
- Immediate reporting of machines abnormalities to the maintenance department for rectification.
- Adhere strictly to maintenance schedules, including greasing, oiling, and daily checklist completion.
- Ensure proper storing and accountability of all tools in the respective area.
- Maintain the personal hygiene and strictly use protective safety gears.
- Ensure proper recording of production downtime and maintenance records keeping.
- Ensure all the machines are switched off after the close of production or during any machine breakdowns.
- Must possess a Vocational Training Certificate Grade Test I or II (Form IV/VI required).
- At least 4 years' hands-on experience running PET machines.
