RRUTMAS Consult (T) Co. Limited is seeking highly disciplined and reliable individuals for 6 available Sales Officer positions. We are looking for candidates with experience in selling office equipment and IT hardware. The available specific roles include Corporate Sales Officer (B2B), Retail & Kiosk Sales Officer, and Business Development Officer. The primary work locations for these roles will be in the Kamata and TAZARA Karakana areas of Dar es Salaam.
Successful candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT/TEHAMA, coupled with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong communication skills, self-drive, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT/TEHAMA.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales.
- Proven experience in selling office equipment and IT hardware/software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discipline and integrity.
- Ability to be self-motivated and goal-oriented, committed to hitting targets.
- Ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles (required for Corporate Sales Officer role).
- Experience managing retail and kiosk sales environments.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant sales tracking software or CRM systems.
