Royal Oven Limited is seeking a highly experienced and professional Accountant to join our team in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have over four years of proven working experience and a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and accurate financial reporting necessary for managing company accounts. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive financial statements, ensuring high levels of integrity in all financial transactions, and demonstrating strong analytical skills. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an Accountant (4+ years)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to prepare financial statements and manage accounts accurately
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local tax regulations (Tanzania)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
