The Relationship Manager role at Roar Capital, specializing in Commercial Real Estate in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is critical for maximizing the performance of the company's property portfolio. This role encompasses strategic tenant lifecycle management, overseeing leasing activities, and optimizing the commercial performance of tenants.Key responsibilities include implementing effective vacancy and pipeline management strategies, focusing on tenant retention, and actively pursuing upselling opportunities. The manager is also expected to utilize market intelligence to provide commercial advisory, manage governance and reporting, and sustain high-quality, long-term tenant relationships, thereby contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate leasing, sales, client relationship management, or commercial property management.
- Proven track record in sales negotiations, tenant acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing frameworks and tenant management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for high-quality tenant relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to analyze market intelligence and provide sound commercial advisory.
- Demonstrated experience in vacancy and pipeline management within a commercial property context.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tenant retention and upsell strategies.
- Ability to handle strategic relationship and tenant lifecycle management effectively.
