RELEASE MANAGER @ RESOURCE CORNER IT
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Release Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This critical role involves taking complete end-to-end ownership of application releases across complex digital, web, and microservices platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure streamlined deployment processes and strict adherence to release and change governance standards.
The Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the deployment lifecycle, including managing Change & Configuration using ServiceNow, preparing essential documentation like Implementation Plans and Run Books, and tracking all associated risks and dependencies. You will act as the primary Release Coordinator during production deployments, collaborating closely with Digital Tribes, Project Managers, and various internal stakeholders to ensure successful and timely Go-Live decisions.

Requirements:
- Own and manage end-to-end release activities across digital, web & microservices platforms.
- Ensure strict adherence to release and change governance protocols.
- Coordinate Go-Live events, Go/No-Go decisions, and production deployments.
- Manage Change and Configuration processes using ServiceNow (Change & Release modules).
- Prepare detailed Implementation Plans, Run Books, and Release Notes.
- Track and manage release risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Act as the primary Release Coordinator during high-stakes production deployments.
- Proficient experience using JIRA & Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with Digital Tribes, PMs, Testers, and stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and managing stakeholders.
