FIRST OFFICER - CARAVAN FLEET @ REGIONAL AIR
REGIONAL AIR is seeking a qualified and motivated First Officer to join our Caravan fleet, operating the Cessna 208 Caravan aircraft. The successful candidate will work in a highly professional environment where safety, compliance, and strong teamwork are paramount. This role requires adherence to all company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations across Tanzania.
We are looking for individuals who possess a professional attitude, strong airmanship, and excellent communication skills. A valid C208 Caravan Rating, Instrument Rating, and a minimum of 250 total flight hours are essential. While not mandatory, having a degree from a recognised university is considered a significant advantage for this position.

Requirements:
- Valid Cessna 208 Caravan Rating
- Possession of an Instrument Rating
- Minimum 250 total flight hours logged
- Valid pilot license
- Must have the right to work legally in Tanzania
- Current medical certificate
- Demonstrated strong airmanship and safety mindset
- Proficiency in communication and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills
- Ability to operate strictly in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
- Professional attitude and willingness to engage in continuous learning
