REAL DEAL COURIER is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager (HR) to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a professional with proven integrity and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information and maintaining high levels of confidentiality within the dynamic courier industry.
Key functions include overseeing recruitment cycles, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and implementing performance management systems. The HR Manager will be critical in developing internal policies and ensuring effective communication across all departments. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least two years Experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive personnel information.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Tanzania.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to handle complex employee relations and disciplinary issues effectively.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Skills in performance management and employee development programs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
