We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead / Project Lead to guide our technical teams in Eindhoven. This role demands deep technical knowledge in C# and SQL Server, combined with mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum). Responsibilities include overseeing development sprints, ensuring code quality, managing project delivery timelines, and fostering a collaborative environment, utilizing tools like GitHub and Copilot to optimize workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess 7–10 years of combined development and leadership experience. You will drive technical decisions, manage resource allocation, and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines within the team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
- Expert proficiency in C# development.
- Strong experience with SQL Server database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps) for project management and CI/CD pipelines.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Scrum methodology.
- Proficiency in using GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
- Experience leveraging AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and manage project timelines effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
