The Senior Technical Architect will provide high-level technical direction for our development initiatives, focusing on systems built primarily with C# and SQL Server. You will be responsible for setting the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our platforms, while implementing modern DevOps practices using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub. This role is crucial for maximizing team efficiency and leveraging advanced development tools like Copilot.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Expert level proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using C#.
- Deep knowledge of SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, and database design.
- Extensive experience leveraging ADO (Azure DevOps) for robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to guide teams in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Mastery of source control systems, specifically GitHub.
- Experience evaluating and integrating modern technologies, including AI assistance tools like Copilot.
- Ability to define technical standards, architectural patterns, and governance policies.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex architectural concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
