SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER @ PRIMUS GLOBAL
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over a decade of experience to lead high-stakes projects in our Eindhoven office. This role involves overseeing large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns precisely with scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization. Given the context, experience integrating project delivery with product strategy is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities include detailed project planning, risk assessment, resource coordination, and implementing best-practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure successful outcomes for strategic business goals. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing complex technical projects.
- Proven expertise in utilizing various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
- Expert ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Experience managing projects with significant product management or technical integration aspects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional risk management and mitigation planning abilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to drive alignment between technical teams and business goals.
- Master's degree preferred in a relevant technical or management discipline.
