RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER (RTE) @ PRIMUS GLOBAL
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team in a Hybrid capacity in Eindhoven. The successful candidate will be a skilled Agile professional tasked with driving large-scale Agile delivery across enterprise environments, leveraging strong hands-on experience in SAFe execution, ART facilitation, and managing complex dependencies. This role is central to ensuring program execution transparency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams.
The RTE will collaborate extensively with Product Management, various Scrum Masters, and senior stakeholders to align strategic objectives with delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading PI Planning, coordinating the Agile Release Train (ART), and facilitating the Scrum of Scrums. We are looking for a permanent team member who can reliably ensure value delivery while maintaining high standards of collaboration and operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAFe execution.
- Experience in ART facilitation.
- Proven ability in dependency management.
- Experience in large-scale Agile delivery across enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in PI Planning.
- Ability to perform ART Coordination and Scrum of Scrums.
- Experience working closely with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and reliable value delivery.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools, specifically Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
