RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER @ PRIMUS GLOBAL
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive and facilitate the Agile Release Train in our hybrid environment in Eindhoven. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Program Increment (PI), eliminating impediments, and promoting SAFe quality practices throughout the organization. This critical role requires extensive SAFe expertise and proven leadership in orchestrating large-scale solution delivery.
Requires 10+ years of experience, focusing on leading and coaching teams in Lean-Agile practices, managing program risks, and collaborating closely with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the continuous flow of value.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, including significant time spent as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Expert level knowledge and practical application of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Proven ability to facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt).
- Strong communication skills to manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing risks and resolving impediments for the ART.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer certification (SAFe RTE) is mandatory.
- Background in technical program management or senior Scrum Master roles.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and relentless improvement within the ART.
- Experience coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or management field.
