AUTOMATION TEST LEAD @ PRIMUS GLOBAL
This role requires an experienced professional to lead automation testing efforts for critical software projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategies, selecting appropriate tools (Selenium, Playwright), and ensuring high-quality implementation of BDD using C#. You will mentor a team, drive best practices in testing, and collaborate closely with development and product teams in a hybrid setting in Eindhoven.
Responsibilities include overseeing the creation and maintenance of robust automation frameworks, analyzing complex testing requirements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the CI/CD pipeline. The position requires a minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and leadership.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven expertise in test automation using frameworks like Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for modern web application testing.
- Strong knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles.
- Proficiency in C# for developing automation scripts.
- Deep understanding of various testing techniques (functional, regression, performance).
- Ability to lead and mentor junior automation testers.
- Experience in defining and implementing testing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
